20 Valentine’s Gifts for Your 20-Something Boyfriend
As a follow up to my Valentine’s gift guide for her, I’ve compiled my gift guide for guys. I personally feel like gift guides for guys always recommend the same things, or are only relevant to tie-wearing, grill-master dads. Anyone else feel that way? To help out my fellow ladies, here is my list of 20 Valentine’s Day gifts for your 20-something boyfriend, that he’ll actually use. Happy shopping!
If He’s an Outdoorsman:
Hestra Highland Gloves, $160
Hestra is one of the best brands for outdoor gloves if he’s into skiing, hiking, or other outdoor activities.
Smartwool 1/4 Zip, $85
The perfect base layer, made from Merino wool. Both my boyfriend and I swear by these for skiing.
If you’ve been reading my other posts you probably realize by now that I like supporting Vermont companies when I can. The Vermont Flannel Company makes a solid, classic flannel.
Clip it to a backpack, kayak, golf cart, etc. This little bluetooth speaker is waterproof and designed to withstand any outdoor adventure.
If He Loves His Booze:
Sure, not everyone is a tequila fan, but if you’re willing to try a great sipping tequila this is one of my boyfriend’s (and my) faves.
Vermont premium glass maker, Simon Pearce, found a way to keep drinks cold without needing to store and rinse those pesky whiskey stones. Just toss the Soapstone base in the freezer before happy hour.
If he’s typically a Whiskey drinker, broaden his booze game with a bottle of this classic Scotch.
Not your average cocktail shaker. This professional-grade shaker is sleek gunmental black.
If He’s a Gym Rat:
APL Tech Loom Pro, $160
I know they get worn hundreds of times, but one of my pet peeves is ratty sneakers at the gym. Get him a fresh pair like these APLs.
Technically Linksoul is a golf brand, but they’ve been making a name for themselves off the green too.
Aer Gym Duffel, $150
A sleek bag to tote all his workout gear. Smart compartments keep his shoes, and smaller items organized.
The perfect stylish, yet comfortable hoodie for going to and from the gym.
If He’s a Classic Guy
Grayers Quilted Jacket, $165
A classic navy jacket, lightweight enough to transition into spring.
A durable, but no-frills kind of toiletry kit.
Jack Mason Aviator Watch, $195
The Jack Mason Aviator Watch is designed after vintage pilot watches for a look that pairs well with almost everything.
If you live where temperatures drop below 50 this time of year, it’s nice to have a warm pair of gloves for commuting.
If He’s a Lounger:
These minimalist sneakers can be dressed up, or worn with sweats.
Joggers are essentially yoga pants for guys, and I’m here for it.
You can’t go wrong with a simple, comfy pullover.
The buffalo check pattern makes this cozy throw a bit more manly.
