Decor Ideas for a Light and Airy Home Office
A few weeks ago I moved into a new apartment and have been sharing my inspiration for the decor. I’m going for a neutral, modern, look - you can check out the decor and furnishings that I purchased for the living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom in this post.
The last space I’m working on is the office area. If you work from home, as I do, it's essential to have a place to work in that keeps you focused and inspired. I want a space that feels light, bright, and airy, and that I look forward to working from every day. I’m opting for a white desk with gold or silver accents that will blend perfectly with the rest of my apartment. Although I don’t want a ton of shelving or cabinets on the desk, I do want a desk with drawers for tucking away loose items and tech accessories. I also want a cute, but comfortable chair to go with the desk and there are so many good options on Target and Wayfair right now. I’m going to keep the desk accessories to a minimum, so I have plenty of room for notebooks, planners, and my computer.
