Golden Milk Latte

Recipe for an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant filled Turmeric Golden Milk Latte, by Heather Rinder, on HeatherRinder.com

If you like the coziness and spice of chai, you will love a golden milk latte.

It has become one of my favorites lately. It is quick and easy to make and is the perfect warming drink in the morning.

With turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon a golden milk latte is full of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. Virgin coconut oil adds a dose of healthy fatty acids. I like sweetening mine with raw honey, but pure maple syrup is a great option too. Enjoy!
