Why You Should Drink Lemon Water in The Morning


1. Hydration

Drinking water first thing in the morning helps immediately rehydrate the body and adding a little lemon to water can help you drink more of it during the day.

2. ALERTNESS

Being dehydrated makes us feel lethargic. In addition to your morning coffee (or however you take your caffeine), pair it with a glass of lemon water.

The acidity of lemon water stimulates healthy digestion and helps reduce bloating or indigestion during the day.
