No-Bake Vegan Chocolate Protein Bars
When I’m craving something sweet, it’s usually almond butter or dark chocolate, and these delicious little bars have both. Not only are they a healthy dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan, and paleo dessert, you only need four ingredients to make them. This recipe also requires no baking time - just pop the bars into the freezer until they’re firm. I added a little sea salt on top of them too.

No-Bake Vegan Chocolate Protein Bars
Ingredients
1 cup natural, creamy almond butter
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
1/3 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
Freshly Ground sea salt
DIRECTIONS
In a medium bowl, add almond butter, maple syrup, coconut flour and cacao powder. Mix together until well incorporated.
Add the mixture into a small baking dish and spread out to desired thickness.
Transfer to the freezer to chill for 20-30 minutes.
Remove from freezer, slice into squares, and top with freshly ground sea salt.
