Avocado toast and almond butter toast are both simple healthy breakfast ideas you can make at home, and having both is the perfect breakfast duo for when you just can’t decide between sweet or savory.

Both options help you start the day with a serving of nutrients and healthy fats.

This avocado toast is topped with sprouts, extra virgin olive oil, and sliced cherry tomatoes. I used Justin’s almond butter and sprinkled cinnamon and cacao powder on top for the sweet toast! Which one would you choose?

  • Justins almond butter

  • sprinkle of organic cacao powder

  • sprinkle of cinnamon 

Savory Toast

  • 1 slice of toast

  • half of an avocado

  • extra virgin olive oil

  • broccoli sprouts

  • Sliced cherry tomatoes

  • freshly ground Sea salt & black pepper
